Governor Bill Lee’s new funding formula for public education faced some of its toughest questions so far this week as the legislature bore down into the details. Overton County teach Jennifer Eislander has spent a lot of time in the last several weeks trying herself to get answers to questions that she and her colleagues have about what the plan will truly mean for schools across the state.
